Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rí. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Ireland may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Damages

Rí is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue. Rí cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
