Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Rí gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, provided it is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
To start a return, email hello@rikingdom.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions within 1 business day.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We'll exchange it at no extra cost. Same process — email us and we'll sort it. We'll cover the shipping on exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Return Shipping
- Ireland & UK: Return shipping is on us for exchanges. For refund returns, a flat €4.50 return label is provided.
- International: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
International Orders
Customs duties and taxes paid at import are non-refundable by Rí — contact your local customs office for duty refund procedures.
